Shipping & Returns

Domestic

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail shipping with tracking and insurance. Please allow up to five days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location — once a package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International

We offer $35 flat rate international shipping to nearly all international destinations.

For international shipments, please note that we do not guarantee international delivery times and that international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that may be charged by the destination country. Please also note that all international orders are final. 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer FREE returns on orders within the United States. You may return for a refund any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Return amounts will be refunded to your original form of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your return package.

If you need to exchange for a different size, please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.  

All returns and exchanges must be made through our returns process. We will generate a return shipping label for you. Please email info@lemondeur.com to initiate a return or exchange. Returns should be mailed no more than 7 days after receipt of the return shipping label.

Please note that this policy is subject to change by Le Mondeur in its sole discretion, including if your purchase is made in connection with a special promotion. Any item marked FINAL SALE on our website is not eligible for return or exchange. Returns for store credit (less the cost of return shipping) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Pre-Orders

Some of our collections are available exclusively by pre-order. Pre-order means that your shoes will be made to order. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably possible, there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, and is subject to change. You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the pre-order. All pre-order sales are FINAL. Exchanges for different sizes may be possible depending on availability.
