Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer complimentary returns on all orders within the United States (excluding preorders and final sale items). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within two weeks of the return shipment.
Preorders may be only exchanged for alternate sizes or returned for store credit. While we order alternate size shoes in each preorder for, alternate size availability may be limited. For help with existing preorders, please reach out to info@lemondeur.com
All returns must be initiated through our official returns process. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Return packages must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your label.
To ensure your return is accepted, items must be sent back in their original packaging, including the shoebox. The shoebox should be placed inside a protective shipping box or mailer bag, and the return label affixed only to the outer container. Returns with labels placed directly on the shoebox or sent without protective outer packaging cannot be accepted and will void the return.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt, and the validity of the return will be determined at the sole discretion of Le Mondeur.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, we kindly ask that you place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original purchase.
Please note that this policy may be updated at the discretion of Le Mondeur. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. In certain cases, returns for store credit (less return shipping costs) may be considered.
Pre-Orders
Select collections are available exclusively through pre-order, allowing each pair to be crafted to order. While we strive to begin delivery as promptly as possible, timelines are estimates and may vary.
Payment will be collected in full at the time of your pre-order. All pre-order sales are FINAL. Exchanges for a different size may be possible depending on availability.
