What is the return policy?
For unworn shoes, we provide a 14-day return policy on non-final sale and non-preorder items. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging without any signs of wear. Return shipping is complimentary.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be marked as final sale before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders commonly arrive within 3-5 business days. The shipment process is promptly executed to ensure quick delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, an email notification will be sent with additional details. Delivery durations may differ based on your geographical location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured by a local artisan in Portugal. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground shipping with tracking and insurance. Please allow up to five days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location — once a package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International
We offer $35 flat rate international shipping to nearly all international destinations.
For international shipments, please note that we do not guarantee international delivery times and that international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that may be charged by the destination country. Please also note that all international orders are final.
