About the shoe:

For the Italy Collection, we worked with one of the few remaining artisan producers of a historic wool cloth made in the Casentino Valley in Tuscany. Once used as blankets for animals and Franciscan friars’ cowls, the wool fabric — or Panno Casentino — became fashionable for use in coats in the 19th century, and maintains its made-in-Italy charm and elegance to this day.

An elegant new classic in a natural melange wool, this not-so-basic wool sneaker from the Italy Collection is an absolute wardrobe essential for fall and winter.
